Calls and messages

Twilio handles telephone calls. Call audio is processed by OpenAI to generate the assistant’s responses. The service stores caller numbers, call times and structured message summaries on Eric’s AWS server. The app is configured not to retain full conversation transcripts or raw audio recordings. Provider processing and retention are governed by the providers’ policies.

Google Calendar

Eric authorizes access to availability across his configured calendars and permission to create events on calendars he owns. The app checks busy intervals to offer open times and creates appointments after confirmation. It does not read existing event descriptions for scheduling or disclose existing appointments to callers. Availability results and newly created appointment details are used only for call coordination. Google data is not used by this app for advertising or to train AI models.

Storage and access

OAuth credentials are stored in private files on Eric’s device and hosted service, with a private encrypted AWS configuration copy for deployment. Call summaries and appointment details are available to Eric; relevant conversation content is processed by the telephone and AI providers. The app does not sell personal data. Message records currently remain until Eric deletes them; automated deletion is not yet configured.

Contact erictcrook@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of app-held information. Eric can revoke Google access through his Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Provider-held records may have separate retention requirements.
